I am a collaborative design director, and textile designer with 20+ years experience in home textile product development.

My passion for color and pattern, innate creativity, and compassionate leadership sets me apart in the industry. I started my career as a surface pattern designer working for both retailers and offshore/US manufacturers. I excel at leading the process from concept to completion in both design and production. Through my career, I have evolved into being a leader with a unique talent for working with artists and cross-functional teams. I have owned my own consulting business for over 15 years, and am able to create high-level design strategies-marketable products that drive growth and profitability.

I have expert knowledge of textile manufacturing and success launching innovative home collections, licensed and private-label brands. I have an exceptional eye for color, and possess an intuitive understanding of the ever-evolving trends in the home decor market.
